The “Alito Leak” is the final opinion. The vote is 6-3. Roe v. Wade and the attending Casey decision have both been completely overturned. The United States Supreme Court has admitted in plain english that the Court was NEVER correct in attempting to create the right to abortion and use the Constitution as the platform to defend such an action.
The authority and responsibility of this issue has now been returned to the people and their elected representatives.
Now the Left is doubling down on their lies as they always do when they are losing. President Biden has come out and told us that the Court took away a “right” from the American people. Such a statement could not be more incorrect or unethical.
The U.S. media will broadcast this false notion of “Government Rights” for the next several months attempting to incite further false outrage among leftist activists. The President has turned the Court’s decision into a campaign speech to elect pro-abortion candidates to Congress.
There is much to be learned here. This decision provides a classroom to explain the Declaration, the Constitution and the first principles upon which they stand. We encourage all Americans to come out of the shadow of Roe and win the public debate for the right to life at the local, state and federal level.

A near fifty-year battle entered the second round on July 24th. Life and the rule of law finally won the first round. Now by God’s grace we must together fight and win the next.
