CHESTER, Pa. (AP) – A man passed out in a suburban Philadelphia casino and then, police say, was robbed of his winnings by another gambler.

The 60-year-old man was collecting his slot machine winnings at Harrah’s in Chester on Thursday when police say he blacked out.

State police Cpl. Mark Dooling says a man behind the gambler went to the cash register, told the cashier that someone had fallen, then went back and took the money from the cash return.

The victim, who was visiting from the Washington D.C. area, was taken to a hospital where it was determined his blood pressure medication caused the blackout.

He said more than $230 was stolen from him.
