Would they, could they?

Recently a team member here at APR posed the following question on the issue of abortion:

On NPR last week they featured a show about the pro side of abortion. How women need that access in case of life of the mother and rare diseases concerning the baby. My question to the pro choice side, if abortion was allowed for the health of the woman, (and rape and incest), would you allow the outlaw of abortion for all the other reasons? (Unwanted pregnancy, etc)

Often questions are more enlightening that answers. And of course the leadership of Planned Parenthood would never support any legislation that protected the lives of unborn children. To do so would be to abandon their fundamental doctrine that unborn children are not unique humans with any fundamental right to life, but are in fact, nothing more than cellular structures, incapable of pain and not fully alive until fully accepted outside the womb.

Have you seen the movie Unplanned? We are talking about it this weekend on The Public Square®.
