In a recent speech, made public (in edited fashion) by the Washington Post, former Speaker of the House John Boehner attacked conservatives in Congress describing them as the “knucklehead caucus” and “anarchist”. There is a whole lot that could and should be said about this speech but for the moment lets just say that John Boehner sounds a lot like Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail.
Conservatives, according to Mrs. Clinton and now Mr. Boehner, are “deplorables, knuckleheads and anarchists”. So the basket is getting larger and so is the list of perjoratives.
